Built from scratch and led eBay's center of excellence for global executive recruiting. Responsible for leading a team of in-house executive search consultants, with global responsibility for setting strategies to address the most critical leadership (SVP, VP, & Sr. Director) roles across eBay, Inc. (PayPal, eBay Marketplaces, Classifieds, and Global Functions).

Built and managed the executive search and research team at the company. The team was made up of highly skilled recruiter/researchers focused on building a pipeline of passive candidates for executive level and hard to fill/strategic openings.
