Are you a working professional and concerned about job security and longevity?Working on Yachts for the last 20 plus years, it has always a concern, especially since having a family to support. Working on yachts is a career path that can be very rewarding, but unstable, like many careers today. You can be here today and gone tomorrow. This is why I always searched to develop a secondary income stream. I tried many things. Some good, some did not work out very well. Investing in multifamily real estate has given myself and my family an added sense of security from passive income.Investing in real estate was consistently one of the best financial decisions. We started out buying our first home. A few years later we bought another house and rented the first one. A few years later found out about multifamily real estate. I found out about multifamily from a friend Vu, Daniel and I were at the beach and he told me he bought and sold a 46 unit apartment and made a large profit. I said to him "You can do that?", he replied "Yes, you can, I can do it, so can you!"I was hooked, it was time to get educated. I learned it was less risky, scalable and stable. Also, multifamily and commercial real estate much like working on yacts is very team oriented. After a learning and focusing on networking to put myself around people doing it, I eventually partnered on a deal I am still involved with today.
