Technical Product & Sales Education: After delivering the education service group's first profits by reducing annual costs ($8M) and, simultaneously growing revenue and improving gross margin (50%), we have turned our attention to AI to help move from an on-prem product to a cloud based subscription model. Using ChatGPT, Avatars and Translation capabilites, we are able to localize our content quickly and keep up with MONTHLY product updates in a way that was not possible before. Our customers, employees and partners can receive just in time learning and demos as we back up, restore and protect a growing number of cloud workloads.Technical Support Engineer Training: We are working to impact Time To Resolution (TTR) through hands-on labs, augmented with AI and seeing significant results with new product releases containing cloud technologies that are new workloads for our support team. So far the results are promising, with a nearly 16 hour improvement in TTR.

Start-up executive hired to build an education services group and sales team that in it's first year produced a contribution margin of over 10x what Arrow saw in their distribution product sales. Helped Arrow secure one of only five worldwide Education Partnerships with IBM, launching in 2013. Successfully launched an IBM training platform that led our re-certification efforts in IBM Power8 for our business partners. The partners who joined this program doubled their business in 2015 over the prior year.

Hired to jumpstart the revenue creation for Cisco and VMWare for-profit training. Directed a franchise network of over 300 training centers through the creation of sales & marketing training tools that drive revenue. Results produced double digit growth for three years running, resulting in over $30M in net new network revenue. In addition, we won three consecutive Cisco Learning Partner of the Year awards for growth and collaboration.

Refreshed the value of the company’s intellectual property and product development talent by providing direction on new technological capabilities, including version control, print on demand, multi-modality delivery, management tools and just-in-time customization.

Managed and developed a $40M training business p&l including a forty person department responsible for Inside Account Management, Enterprise Sales and Marketing for a training organization founded by Michael Milken.
