I have a passion for creating and delivering exceptional guest experiences, building world-class teams, driving operational excellence and financial performance across diverse and complex businesses.As the Chief Operating Officer of Landmark Theatres, the nation's largest arthouse film exhibitor, I led the reorganization, digital transformation, and financial turnaround of 35 theaters in 22 markets, with direct oversight of operations, people, IT, finance, food and beverage, marketing, real estate, strategy, planning, and analysis. I also leveraged my WSET Level 2 certification in wine and spirits to enhance the beverage program, associated licensing and revenue.
