As a start-up independent lender, ACF offered leasing solutions for middle market and multi-national C&I customers in the USA, Canada and Mexico. Priced and negotiated transaction terms while guiding the deal from underwriting to credit/syndications, documentation and funding.

Axos Bank (NYSE: AX), formerly BofI Federal Bank (NASDAQ: BOFI) acquired certain assets and lease operations of Pacific Western Bank (NASDAQ: PACW). The Bank offered leasing solutions for middle market and corporate C&I customers.

Pacific Western Bank (NASDAQ: PACW) acquired the turnkey leasing operations of Marquette Equipment Finance. The Bank offered leasing solutions for middle market and corporate C&I customers. I specialized in a niche aspect of insurance lending and represented the Bank at insurance industry trade shows. Also developed new syndication relationships generating fee income on a number of salvaged transactions.

MEF was a specialty lending group within the Pohlad Family's banking and finance holdings. MEF offered leasing solutions for middle market and corporate C&I customers. I specialized in a niche aspect of insurance lending and occasionally identified cross selling opportunities for our asset-based lending sister company.

Independent business consultancy focused on project management, strategic assessments, new business and product development. Largest project was as a Corporate Card Product Manager for JP Morgan Chase's Commercial Card Solutions Group. Other projects included volunteer management software for non-profits, payment remittances to Latin America, technical writing and business English language training for foreign companies and apparel manufacturing in China and Vietnam for American customers.

Internal technology center of excellence and incubator for commercializing smart card and emerging payment products and services within AmEx. Led multi-constituent global teams in the development and delivery of inaugural smart card hardware, fulfillment and customer service solutions for the launch of Blue from American Express, AmEx's most successful new card launch ever. Global evangelist for AmEx's smart card technology strategy.

Accounts Receivable financing startup for state-legislated, underground storage tank cleanup programs mostly for fuel and convenience store chains in FL, NC and TN. Managed all daily operations of a $25+ million portfolio of receivables including cash management, lending, vendor, client and legal relationships.

Predecessor First Union National Bank created a new Card Products Division to pursue credit, debit and smart card opportunities. Top priority was developing a debit card strategy and tactical plan and later executing on a mass card rollout across the Bank's 7-state footprint. Established the Bank's smart card strategy and the corporate alliance that would implement America's first major smart card trial during the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta.
