-Responsible for sales, operations, and financial performance for a 147 room hotel with a restaurant, Starbuck's, and meeting space. -Successfully executed a multi-million dollar renovation of public spaces, restaurant, meeting rooms, and public areas while exceeding top and bottom line financial targets in FY2013.

 Responsible for hotel operations in a 347 room property, food and beverage operations, and 12,500 sq ft of meeting space. Achieved $1.187 million over prior year in top line revenue from growing key market segments, securing key accounts, and improving market share FY 2010.  Realized $702,000 improvement in house profit over prior year, and 186% increase over plan FY2010.  Increased ala carte’ revenue by 10%, 20%, 15% in sequential years 2010-2012; through devising and implementing strategies, training, and aggressive promotion.  Improvement of overall customer satisfaction year over year to 36 brand ranking from 46 PY. Received excellent status in brand inspection Achievement of highest Productivity results in keys areas, out of 27 hotel portfolio.  Maintained top and bottom line fiscal targets for FY 2011 despite 9,000 room nights exiting hotel and marketplace.  Improved market share 21 consecutive months by winning exclusivity with key corporate accounts and group business. Developed 3 line level associates for successful transitions into leadership roles.  Recognized by Trip Advisor in 2010, 2011 for outstanding results in customer service and satisfaction with 4.5 star rating.

 Responsible for hotel operations in a 139 room property, food and beverage operations, and 5,500 sq ft of meeting space. Delivered bottom line financial results despite $330,000 top line shortfall, as a result of deteriorating market conditions of the financial crisis in 2008.  Increased Food and beverage profitability by $60,000 (4.4%) on flat year over year revenues, from improving labor, food, and other costs.  Implemented controls and pricing strategies to reduce liquor cost by 3.0% YOY.  Established customer satisfaction record for single month at 94.4, December 2009. Improved overall customer satisfaction year over year. Developed executive chef for promotion in 1st quarter of 2010. Assumed dual roles during transition of key positions in bookkeeping, human resources, and restaurant supervision.
