In this role, I evaluate system performance and oversee maintenance and upgrades to environments to ensure optimal performance. I interface various servers with Active Directory and generate reports for management. I centralize mail transport to support an on-premise Exchange 2010/2013 to cloud Exchange Online environment. I facilitate migrations, including Microsoft Active Directory/Exchange to MS Exchange and to Office365, and Lync/Skype on-premise to Skype and Teams online. My achievements include:• Moved over 30K student accounts from Zimbra email to Exchange and more than 8K Exchange 2010 accounts to Exchange 2016 with minimal disruption.• Oversaw the on-premise to on-premise migration of a 20TiB DFS-R environment to newer Compellent Storage, replacing outdated equipment and support.• Orchestrated the design and migration of Microsoft Exchange 2010 to 2013, Lync/Skype, Teams to Office 365; successfully decommissioned Exchange 2010 / 2013 environment.• Created the domain services necessary to administer the MS Exchange hierarchy.• Apply critical thinking and problem solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues in the 2010 and 2013 environment.• Play an integral role as a member of the Messaging and Domain Services Team.• Currently evaluating patching solutions such as push vs. pull methodology for SCCM servers.
