I serve the good business movement in Kentucky. As President/ CEO of FMS pbc, the first certified B-Corporation janitorial service in the world, and Founder of Canopy, a non-profit aiming to make Kentucky first in the good business movement, I work to have a positive impact on people and communities through for-profit business and try to inspire folks to unite with a common purpose of adopting employee, community, and environmentally conscious business models. My presentations focus on both my personal journey towards social entrepreneurship and the concepts behind FMS, an evolving for-profit social enterprise. FMS was recognized as a top 150 Impact Company in Real Leaders Magazine in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.FMS pbc is continuing to grow and expand through innovation in hiring, training, and retention practices.
