I have been involved in the field of personal and professional development for over 20 years. Currently I focus on leadership and team building, but personal development plays a big part in professional development.I am the President of Summit Team Building; a premier professional development training and team building company in Canada.As well as delivering training, team building and keynote presentations for summit, I teach Leadership for the EMBA and Omnium programs at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. I have just received a teaching award for my last years teaching.I also teach a class in Leadership & Oganizational Change for the University of Windsor Executive MBA program where I have been voted professor of the year twice.
