Vice President Creative
Current- Responsible for driving the unified creative direction behind a $1.1B+ marketing budget that continues to build Target as an iconic brand with 98% recognition in United States.
- Accountable for all aspects of creative in traditional and non-traditional advertising campaigns, store experience, guest engagement, digital media, video, broadcast, print, packaging and branding resulting in traffic.
- Lead and inspire a team of 225 creatives as part of the internal agency known as Target Creative.
- Continually advancing the diversity of the team at all levels to better reflect the Target Guest and the US population.
- Scale and manage the internal Target Creative agency capabilities and headcount over the past 8 years resulting in multi-million savings in external expenses, while also building competitive advantages and skills.
- Expanding the footprint of the Target Creative team in India year over year to contract expenses while also increasing capacity and bandwidth within the US team.
