Provided leadership and coaching to a team of 15 whose primary responsibilities included customer service, front end accounting functions, credit premium billing and reconciliation and collection for $60,000,000 in annual net written premium for 500 clients.

Hired, trained and led team of 18 claims examiners during business transition from Chicago, Illinois to Trevose, Pennsylvania.
