Oversee the conceptualization and development of design for public health clients. Lead in-house design to develop marketing materials, social media assets, digital advertising, and branding campaigns. Present creative concepts to clients and assimilate feedback to produce results-driven design, ensuring deliverables align with intended goals and expectations.

Preside over the Board of Directors and lead the alignment of our strategic direction, vision, and mission to cultivate positive change within the DC community. Actively build partnerships with service-focused organizations to leverage our strengths and amplify our collective impact on children and youth in need. Oversee a nearly $400k budget, regularly reporting to the Foundation Board to provide updates on overall spending.

As the design lead, managed the development of visual identity and branding while collaborating with internal departments to ensure brand integrity across all branded materials. Strategized creative solutions to business challenges, presented concepts to key firm stakeholders, and assimilated feedback to refine and deliver strong outcomes.

Led the design of marketing material for eight retail locations, including menu boards, wayfinding & directional signage, end-cap merchandising, bulletin signage, window decals, vehicle wraps, and custom event signage. Designed advertisements that ran in The New York Times, Time Out New York, The Washington Post, Washingtonian, Washington Jewish Weekly, and Bethesda Magazine.

With a team of designers, provided graphic support for small and large-scale meetings and conferences, designing and producing in-house custom materials, including programs, publications, brochures, table tents, name tags, banners, wayfinding & posters. Collaborated with programmers to design custom event microsites for government clients, including the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Provided a range of graphic design services on a consulting basis.

Designed packaging, product information leaflets, and marketing material for products within the pharmaceuticals portfolio, including Advair, Flonase, Wellbutrin, and Bactroban. In accordance with strict regulatory requirements, conceptualized package design for products soon to be on the market, reviewed proofs, and attended press checks for artwork in production.
