Mr. LaTulipe has over 27 years experience in the design and construction industry. Before forming Milestone Project Management, Mr. LaTulipe enjoyed a project delivery/executive position with one of the nation’s leading healthcare developers. His responsibilities included delivery of projects in Wisconsin, Louisiana, Texas, and Kansas. He has a diverse background in consulting engineering, project management, program development and project management as an Owner’s representative for M.D. Anderson Cancer Center at the Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas. Additionally, Mr. LaTulipe has extensive experience in the planning, design, and construction of facilities to accommodate advanced diagnostic and medical treatment equipment. Scott has also worked in the petrochem and pulp & paper industry for Brown & Root Industrial Services as a capital projects and shutdown/turnaround scheduling engineer.For several years, he worked as a field engineer for Eby Construction in Dallas, responsible for highway and paving bridge engineering and also for DART light rail projects.A licensed architect in Wisconsin and Texas, Scott began his architectural career at Page Southerland Page in Dallas, Texas working on healthcare and light manufacturing projects.
