CurrentOUTKREATE works directly with Investor Relations (IR), marketing, sales, and communications leadership at large public companies to focus messaging strategy and communication design both internally and externallly. Through best-in-class design, writing, and a focus on qualitative and quantitative data visualization, we work with a variety of clients to meet goals ranging from increasing investor confidence to reinvigorating sales to launching new products. General Responsibilities:Creative Direction — Driving the concept, design, and copywriting of all projects from concept through completionStrategic Development — Understanding client and project needs to make recommendations on effective messaging and story as well as technical execution Client and Operations Management — Primary day-to-day contact for all clients and projects, presenting both strategy and creative at all touchpoints including c-suite and executive leadershipTeam Leadership — Managing a team of geographically disparate designers at varying skill levels and developing systems to work effectively while driving skill growth
