The most pressing need in the industry is with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act which the Supreme Court upheld in 2012, with some provisions. There are a lot of questions and misinformation about healthcare in the marketplace that can be detrimental in their future business decisions, as the insurance director, helped consult members of the Association of the upcoming changes through seminars, one on one consulting, conference calls and webinars.Another primary duty in this position was promoting Texas Mutual and the TRA safety group, which restaurants can join and be apart of the best workers compensation network in the state.
