My responsibilities included brainstorming ideas for investments and consumer products of all types, along with researching similar existing patents, building and testing prototypes, and doing market research on the viability of each potential product.

Head of leasing/sales department for regional commercial real estate owner/operator/manager. In charge of all leasing and selling activities for the entire Urbahns Real Estate portfolio, including 6 shopping centers, 2 office buildings, 4 flex buildings, a medical building, and several parcels of land spanning state-wide throughout Indiana and beyond. This included fostering broker relationships, initial contacts with potential leads, showings, deal negotiations, lease review, space planning and construction oversight, etc. Responsibilities also included coordinating and implementing the marketing campaign and a full redesign of the Urbahns.com website.

Locating and receiving potential leads, orchestrating and leading office space tours, negotiating terms, and coordinating both space planning and lease drafting for 6 suburban office buildings, the tallest of which were 8 floors each. Part of the team that applied and lobbied for signage variances. Assembled and implemented marketing and advertising strategy. Planned 4 years of customer appreciation concert series in the plaza's parking lot.Assembled rent rolls, prospect lists, and other reports to be used internally and distributed among the ownership partners of the properties.
