I’ve spent many years in the semiconductor, AV and ADAS space, partnering with founders and senior leaders of numerous start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. I previously led executive recruiting for the Data Center & AI Group at Intel Corporation. Similarly, as Director of Talent Acquisition at Xerox through the acquisition of ACS, I led global talent acquisition for Sales and Industry Business Groups, optimizing recruitment strategies and driving organizational excellence across several stand-up industry business groups. Beyond my professional pursuits, I am a devoted husband to my wife of 5 years and father to a 3 year old daughter and newborn son, all of whom are my world. I’m an avid supporter of Christian outreach and community engagement. I have volunteered in service trips to cities in Honduras and Mexico, utilizing my fluency in Spanish to aid translation efforts. I have also been a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and actively involved in the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce.
