Part of the data and software side of Antibody Cell Screening. This was a team dedicated to building software for acquisition, analysis and further storage and processing of time-sensitive biological experiment data.As part of the team, I built out Python-based data pipelines, data analysis web applications, and cicd pipelines to deploy to on-premise and cloud software systems. I also helped the team adopt a project management framework to better keep track of priorities and status of projects.

Developer and team lead for the main DataRobot AutoML product line. Mainly spent time developing features in Python and scientific libraries to automate the ML pipeline. Also worked in Scala, Spark and Hadoop systems as well as building frontends in React.Spent 2+ years as a lead of a medium-sized development team for the Trusted AI line of features. This included Compliance Documentation for models built within DataRobot as well as various ways for a model to admit humbleness and be graded.

Rebuilt a prototype of a data visualization tool into a fully fledged and extensible platform.

Designed and developed an internal plugin for Jenkins CI to manage and view deployment options for several software projects. Also implemented a RESTful API to interact with the plugin.

Built both static and dynamic web apps for companies from various industries. Examples include building administration software for managing users and services as well as customer facing websites.

Helped write, code for and edit the Realm of Racket project.

Helped design and independently develop an internal web store to simulate production use of the software platform.
