As an expert in connecting strategy to execution, I guide clients in developing dynamic financial models for the launch of new products, new divisions, and acquired companies. In collaboration with key business stakeholders, I determine how key assumptions of growth strategies translate into financial outcomes for the enterprise. I guide clients in connecting those plans back to elements of execution including executive compensation, performance incentive plans, KPIs and organizational design.I held several finance leadership roles during a 22-year career at P&G connecting strategy to execution specifically in sales and market development and new business and product development. One key role was as finance leader for FutureWorks, an innovative corporate incubator. There I evaluated new business ideas, built the business plans, and created financial forecasts for those that were viable. More recently, I led a start-up as CFO and have consulted with small and midsized private businesses and non-profits. This experience allows me to support a variety of organizations in their growth strategic planning.
