As the VP of Account Management for UnitedHealthcare of New England, I managed large and small group relationships through leadership of a team who worked to add, retain and grow client healthcare and welfare benefit accounts through exceptional sales and service.Currently as a Sales Manager with Hilb Group, I and my team help employers with employee health and welfare benefits, including healthcare, dental, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement and HR consultative services. I have progressed and gained immeasurable market and insurance industry knowledge, starting in entry-level sales and service positions to ultimately hold leadership roles for the last 15+ years, both with an insurer and now with an agency.
