I led highly cross-functional infrastructure programs in APAC for Meta Connectivity, with the aim of developing new and innovative technologies to connect more people to a better internet. I also managed programs related to the operations of Meta’s subsea optical network infrastructure.Achievements: • I led, In partnership with a local network operator, the successful deployment and operations of the first large-scale commercial network of Meta's Terragraph technology, proving product-market fit which led to commercial availability through multiple OEM partners. • Established connectivity labs in Singapore and Indonesia by partnering with Industry and Academia to foster and grow the open networking ecosystem. Led multiple testing and integration projects for multi-vendor wireless (OpenRAN) and Optical solutions. • Developed research material and technical input to respond to national communications regulators in APAC on spectrum and connectivity policy. This included presenting and demonstrating to regulators on 60GHz and 6GHz (Wi-Fi 6e) spectrum regulatory approaches. • Managed the program roadmap for subsea network operations, including improving compliance processes through tooling implementation and OSS procurement.

I led a team of engineers responsible for all engineering aspects of VHA's ~3000 fiber backhauled sites. This included the development of network architecture roadmaps and associated budget, and all technical aspects of program/project lifecycle from design and scoping to tender creation, commercial negotiations, project execution and operations support.Achievements: • Led the technical team responsible for VHA's $1B, 15-year dark fiber agreement with TPG, transforming a previously Opex-heavy backhaul network into a scalable Capex-based network setup for future expansion. • Designed and managed the VHA optical network modernization project, turning around the network to become Australia's highest-performing mobile network in metro areas. • Drove the professional development of the team via efficient delegation of responsibilities to ensure each team member had visibility to cross-functional stakeholders with the goal of establishing trust and mutual respect • Provided frequent informal and periodic formal feedback (via performance reviews) to team members by highlighting areas where they excelled and developed plans to ensure continued growth

Specializing in Optical network design, technical sales and pre/post sales support I was the product subject matter expert for Ericsson’s Packet Optical portfolio. This role saw me leverage my deep understanding of fixed and Mobile networks to translate customer requirements into optimized transport network solutions. Achievements: • Led the design team responsible for the transmission component of the core consolidation project resulting from the merger of the Vodafone and Hutchison networks in Australia. • Technical lead for the Vodafone Hutchison Dark dark fiber expansion project. This project not only increased the number of fiber connected sites six fold but also saw the transition of the transport solution from legacy PDH and SDH systems to Ethernet and MPLS. • Led post sales technical operational support and customer service, including providing level 3 troubleshooting support
