• Played instrumental role in growing company from <$5M in revenue in 2005 to over $48M when acquired by Stryker at $375M valuation in 2014. • Identified opportunities to accelerate revenue with unrecognized asset (Circular Fixation) underutilized by recently acquired company; built fastest growing product in company, serving as growth catalyst for SBi. • Negotiated 5-year agreement with Ilizarov Institute in Russia for exclusive rights for external fixation training for US Surgeons; resulted in 200+ foot & ankle surgeons being trained. • Grew revenue from external fixation, proving pivotal in facilitating purchase of STAR Total Ankle from Link Orthopaedics.
