I worked as a Product Owner that served the front-of-site and eCommerce development teams and delivered projects that focused on GoDaddy's cart/checkout experience, authentication interface, middle-tier and data-tier. I worked with marketing counterparts on purchase path optimization, user experience segmentation, and product merchandising. I also helped to create, implement, and iterate on strategies that enhanced the GoDaddy shopping experience, turned visitors in customers, drove order conversion, and increased average order value on the GoDaddy.com purchase flows.

I worked directly with managers and business partners at all levels providing input related to project schedules, status, metrics and updates including identification of risk, escalation of critical issues, change management, delegation of resources and implementation and upgrade coordination for a credit card servicing system with a focus in the legal compliance and portfolio management departments.

Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance I conducted functional, regression, integration, and load testing for BSS/OSS solution and SaaS based LMS and call disposition applications. In addition to QA, I performed Product Owner duties for the LMS leading an agile SCRUM team and driving development on projects and features that delivered on the Jones Knowledge vision.

Worked in the Systems Architecture group and assisted in the creation of process documentation that was used for project initiation and analysis. Produced a thin client computing feasibility and cost benefit analysis that detailed solutions from Sun and HP to be used in a high availability call center environment.

Respsonisble for maintaining IT infrastructure including computer network, computer hardware/software, and website. Worked closely with owner of the company recommending various projects and improvements.
