The league increased average attendance to 3,400 fans per game, finished with 61 sell outs in 75 games, and 10 games were featured on ESPN3.Social Media also witnessed record numbers and engagement, pushing the overall total to over 75,000 followers. Engagement went up over 1,000 percent and the league produced a 25 percent increase across all social media networks.

There I worked with national and local media, wrote press releases and game notes, and updated websites and game programs. The baseball team made one College World Series appearance in 2006, and the football team made four consecutive bowl appearances.I served as the Media Director at the 2006 NCAA Men's Swimming and Diving Championships at the Georgia Tech Aquatics Center, coordinating all coverage, writing notes and press releases for the national and local media, as well as handling all press conferences and interviews. Worked closely with student-athletes in developing their interview skills with media and educating them on how to brand themselves and the institution. During the 2006 year, Georgia Tech had three student-athletes selected in the first round of the draft, led by NFL No. 2 pick Calvin Johnson (Detroit Lions), MLB No. 5 pick Matt Wieters (Baltimore Orioles) and NBA No. 12 pick Thaddeus Young (Philadelphia 76ers).
