CurrentConcerto Networks protects computer systems and networks from information disclosure, theft of, or damage to their hardware, software, or electronic data, as well as from the disruption or misdirection of the services they provide.Scott MacMartin started Concerto Networks Detroit® in March of 2006.It all started with Scott's belief that he could provide consistent-quality, computer and business technology support to small-to-medium size businesses in southeast Michigan, and beyond, allowing clients to focus on their business and not their technology.Prior to starting the franchise, Scott spent 9 years in the automotive industry, most recently in the past 2 years as a Sales & Engineering Manager for Illinois Tool Works. In this role he managed projects for such commercial accounts as GM, Ford and DCX. In this role he was responsible for new product development, business development and personally working with valued customers to ensure the success of their projects. He previously spent 5 years working his way from Engineering positions to Sales Engineer and finally to Account Manager for Verstand Engineering and then Hutchinson Fluid Transfer Systems. Elevating to management roles from engineering functions gave Scott a solid foundation and added value for his clients because of his dynamic history. Helping clients grow their business as a measure of success, understanding their needs and challenges in order to present solutions is all part of Scott's "customer first" approach to business.
