Hi there. I'm Scott. Thanks for taking a moment to read a little more about what makes me tick.For starters, I revel in a challenge and I love to win...that's very true. But, more than anything, I like being part of something innovative, a true game changer. I enjoy being a valued part of the culture, the conversation, and the vision of a company, as well as the face and voice of the company to the community; a key contributor who takes great pride in my role in the organization and my responsibilities to my peers and our clients.Prior to Zillow Group, I cut my teeth initially in various entrepreneurial endeavors from '97-01 before finally landing at real estate industry heavyweight Market Leader just after 9/11. There, I spent 13 years helping lead the sales effort in our agent, mortgage, and broker division through the Trulia acquisition in 2014, excelling as both a sales leader and in sales management. After a brief stint with Updater, a smart, Manhattan-based tech startup, I had the opportunity to rejoin the larger Zillow Group as part of the fast-growing, fast-moving Industry Relations team.Zillow Group is creating an amazingly robust real estate ecosystem empowering consumers, homeowners, and homebuyers with more information and a greater belief in the process on which they are embarking. We're changing the way the real estate industry communicates with, and how it services, those valued customers and the efficiency with which the business of real estate happens, for America's agents, brokers, and the public. It's incredibly rewarding being part of a company with this vision and level of commitment to bettering the experience, for all parties, in any real estate process or transaction.When I'm not working, I love college football, the outdoors, the open road, my golden retriever, a good bourbon or craft beer, and memories made with family and friends.
