Development and administration of targeted needs assessment to refer applicants to appropriate services and gage effectiveness of program for further improvement. Teaching domestic violence mechanisms to promote understanding and help client’s avoid abusive relationships in both one-on-one and group settings. Providing accountable goal planning to further emotional healing, meet financial needs, assist with employment, and find safe housing. Referring clients with community partner agencies as needed. Answered 24-hour crisis hotline, providing phone counseling, applicable resources, safety planning information, and coordination of intake into shelter by discretion.
