With over 20 years of experience in architecture, I am a Principal at Gensler, a global design and consulting firm that creates spaces that enhance people's lives and communities. At Gensler, I lead and manage diverse and complex projects across multiple sectors, such as commercial, corporate, civic, healthcare, hospitality, sports, and education. My portfolio includes high-profile, large-scale projects, such as The Star in Frisco, a mixed-use development featuring the Dallas Cowboys' headquarters and training facility, and recently Ryan Tower, an award-winning design that reflects the legacy of the Ryan LLC and Ryan Companies partnership. In addition to my project responsibilities, I also serve as the South Central Regional Practice Area Community Leader, overseeing 33 practice areas across five offices in the region. I am responsible for the strategic development and financial success of each practice, as well as fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among the practice area leaders. My role enables me to leverage my expertise and network to support the growth and excellence of Gensler's practice areas and clients. My passion for architecture stems from my desire to create spaces that not only meet functional needs but also make a positive difference in the world.
