Snow College

Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of a 40+ student leadership team. Plan and lead annual New-Hire Spring, Fall, and Winter Training events, along with regular In-Service trainings. Advise the Residence Hall Association (RHA) in promoting more social, inclusive, and engaging environments. -Initiated the Residence Hall Association (RHA) on the Snow College Campus. Created and fill 10 new student-leader positions, took strides in improving the student experience on campus. -Oversee annual Residence Hall Association and Resident Assistant Programming budgets totaling in over $8,500. -Assessed and improved the social, community, and educational programming needs within the Residence Life community of more than 750 residents.

A Resident Director (RD) helps the Office of Residence Life with the selection, training and supervising of Resident Assistants in on-campus housing. This position provides services to students such as coordinating programs, community development and educational opportunities. A Resident Director provides the overall planning and management of the Residence Hall assigned and oversees a team of Resident Assistants in carrying out their responsibilities.

Ensuring a safe, fun, and welcoming experience at the Snow College Horne Activity Center. There the Activity Center Supervisor oversees issue room, pool, and game management staff and works with coaches, students and members of the community in satisfying all needs and applicable requests.

Nightly patrol of the Snow College Campus. Enforcing and promoting school policy, and also overseeing secure closure and lock up of campus facilities.

Lead a crew in setting up events held at the Horne Activity Center, including dances, sporting events, and concerts. Timely and efficient set up and take down were required.

A Resident Assistant (RA) focuses on enhancing the quality of life in the Residence Halls, including creating a positive living learning community, providing academic support, and aiding students in their transition to college life. Resident Assistants help to secure the Residence Halls and monitor the enforcement and reporting of policy violations. This position focuses on helping students adapt and enjoy their college experience.
