Led the largest academic department at the College responsible for 25% of overall enrolment, developed and implemented new academic programs, negotiated effective partnerships with other Universities (University of Alberta, Athabasca University and University of Calgary). Developed significant community partnerships (United Way, Chamber of Commerce) and developed a contract applied research unit as well as a refereed academic journal.

Instructed University courses (1st year through 4th year) in Political Science and Economics for transfer to the University of Alberta and elsewhere.
