Upon graduation from Harvard I designed a five-year plan to work and travel. My work experience involved both a large established corporation, Cap-Cities ABC-TV and several environmental contracting start-ups, Precision Works and Universal Reclamation. I learned that successful companies emphasize building a diverse culture where varied opinions are encouraged. I found this inspires creative thinking leading to effective problem solving and enhanced team work.
