Also celebrating 33 years in the transportation engineering industry - between Oregon DOT and DEA - continuing my enjoyment in helping strengthen the temporary traffic control engineering discipline and work zone safety industry.In February, 2013, I founded SM2 Engineering - a small engineering consulting company providing Traffic Control Plan designs for roadway projects and sporting/special events; and, Expert Witness services for work zone and roadway-related crashes.My Engineering Specialties include:
