I have enjoyed being a lead IT professional working in large scale Linux and UNIX environments using a wide variety of software, hardware, and infrastructure. I've spent a considerable amount of time administering systems, unifying infrastructure services, as well as, automation and configuration management systems.I'm passionate about automation, devops, cloud, and just making sure operations is awesome. I've been working heavily on puppet to automate everything from provisioning, deployment, monitoring, backups, etc. Wrote several toolkits to manage everything to do with user/group administration, PKI API, DNS API, & have written tons of software to integrate with vSphere, Cobbler, & Puppet API's.I've built dozens of complex modern client-side web apps, dozens of backend API's, API frameworks, etc. Backend, frontend, hardware integration, etc. I've built & designed entire networks spanning dozens of geographies with 1000's of switch ports. I've automated entire full-mesh VPN topologies & switching/routing. I've written interfaces for the linux 802.11 wireless subsystem, dbus, systemd, etc.I'm quite confident few have more systems automation, network design, systems design, etc than me.I'm also actively TS/SCI cleared.
