Managing Director for Symantec's Managed Security Services business in the APJ region. Goal was to mature the region to rival our business in EMEA what was 2.5 times larger. Built out a new Sales and Sales Engineering team, with staff in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. This included new training across technical, sales and operational capabilities, as well as initial sales process development. Spent extensive time in region evangelizing the service to Symantec Executives to get larger company buy in on the service. In order to speed delivery of results, helped on front line sales to increase initial pipeline and deal closure. Efforts lead to excellent results. Bookings growth of 6 times our initial years results in 4 years. Revenue's tripled and we became the go to provider for large enterprises. This included moving the regional SOC from North Ryde to North Sydney. New facility was expanded and updated to be able to host media and customer facing events. Reorganized operations, and brought in expanded capabilities with senior staff for additional services and customer service capabilities. Also, based on business plan for the Japan market, built out a Mini-SOC in Tokyo. Through this time we increased Net Promoter Score by 65 points. Media trained, Symantec Spokesperson and recognized security expert for Symantec in region.
