- Manage American Defense Services, Inc. (ADS) Federal Government Technology Infrastructure Programs- Assigned as ADS Program Manager on a subcontract to Johnson Controls managing the technology infrastructure installation (data and voice cabling, Distributed Antenna System for cellular coverage augmentation, building automation systems, fire alarm, and security systems) for the new VA Hospital in New Orleans with a total project budget in excess of $40 million- Responsible for managing contracts from initiating to closing, including: managing scope of work; cost and schedule control; risk management; correspondence with customers and subcontractors; managing deliverables; procurement; human resource management; and quality control- Additional responsibilities include Business Development, Contract Management, Accounting, Project Planning and Controls, Business Operations, Human Resources, and Procurement.

- Hired at DQSI to manage a key IT infrastructure support contract with the Department of the Navy and to develop technical solutions and proposals for new business development efforts- Role rapidly evolved to include the management of all of DQSI’s Federal Government contracts- Responsible for overseeing various projects totaling more than $25M in revenue- Projects included: IT infrastructure management; various site work construction projects; installing new wiring in buildings and conduit banks; construction of elevated precast concrete generator platforms and metal buildings, and the installation of new fuel systems; and electrical, mechanical, and structural renovations of pump stations.- Responsible for managing contracts from initiating to closing, including: managing scope of work; cost and schedule control; correspondence with customers and subcontractors; managing deliverables; procurement; human resource management; and quality control- Promoted to Vice President of Operations with expanded responsibilities to include Business Development, Contract Management, Accounting, Project Planning and Controls, Business Operations, Human Resources, and Procurement.

- Responsible for all aspects of organizational management and operations including financial performance, fiscal year planning, indirect cost control, contract management, subcontractor management, human resource management, client relations, and new business development- Serves as primary customer contact to ensure project growth and follow-on business acquisition- Responsible for hiring, employee relations, termination and performance management- Actively engaged in the proposal process, working closely with Business Development, Contracts and Human Resources to develop effective proposals for new business opportunities

- Built the Louisiana State Police (LSP) program from the ground up, staffing the program and developing plans and processes for scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, staffing and communications - Implemented Agile software development techniques fostering customer interaction and improving the team's ability to react to changing customer requirements - Led team that developed web-based property management and incident management solutions featuring ASP.NET/C# frontends, MS SQL Server databases and data exchange via XML and web services.- Consistently met/exceeded company objectives, including exceeding profitability goals by more than 100%

- Provided direct support to the company’s Chief Operating Officer in the management of programs and contracts totaling more than $70 million - Worked with Division Managers to coordinate project activities including prioritizing activities, developing schedules, determining resource needs, preparing plans, documenting deliverable information, and resolving issues for projects to achieve company objectives - Developed the company’s business plan, refined its management reporting processes and provided oral and/or written recommendations to upper management based on financial and operational data analysis.

- Managed various technical projects with budgets totaling more than $2.3 million, including computer based training development and digital x-ray evaluation - Provided engineering technical support to Air Force bases worldwide for new technology transition- Implemented a streamlined process for computer equipment acquisition, installation and support.
