Promoted from Associate Producer April 2022. Responsibilities are largely the same, but am now also responsible for all of the content of Dark Side News, the branding, different segments, and the leadership of the crew.

As the Associate Producer for Dark Side News, I am responsible for assisting the producer in creating bi-weekly content and condensing it into a half-hour window. I am responsible for set design, am required to be knowledgeable on pop culture, creating and fact-checking rundowns, and attending and moderating weekly planning meetings.The show is presented in three distinct blocks: a news section, a banter section, and an overflow section. The news section focuses on pressing headlines in the world of pop culture over the past two weeks. The show does not focus on celebrity gossip or "tabloid"-esque headlines, rather anything involving film, TV, video games, music, and theatre. The banter section is a talent-led section that allows our talent to freely discuss and/or argue about a topic of their choosing. My responsibilities for this portion involve helping the talent decide on a topic to discuss, and points that they would want to talk about on-air. The show is high energy, has a lot of heart, and is fun to watch and work on.
