As the first employee at Castlight (now Experian), I’ve been involved in a number of different areas of the business.I began leading the initial development of the product pushing towards a market launch. I supervised the delivery of the subsequent 2 versions, one with an outsourced team and the next with a technology team I helped recruit back in house. This gave me exposure to screen scraping technologies, consumer credit reports, ID&V, Open Banking, AML, KYC and data science techniques.I’ve led teams across 2 time zones and led the creation of in house delivery, client support, IT & Cloud infrastructure and incident management teams.Now, I lead the Operations team within the Consumer Information Services unit. My team is responsible for onboarding, support, technical integration consultancy and training ensuring that clients are successful using Experian products within their businesses.
