Retained by Titan upon sale of System Resources to Titan to be CFO of Technical Resources Sector (TRS), a $970M organization providing IT, Management and Linguist services to government and commercial customers worldwide. Reported to Sector President, managing a staff of 180 professionals responsible for all Accounting and Finance, Contracts, Facilities, IT and Security functions within the Sector.Accomplishments include: • Repaired relationship with DCAA and established communications with Deputy Director DCAA that provided Titan a better awareness if it was subject to briefings on Capitol Hill. This resulted in the release/collection of over $100M of receivables held due to compliance disputes • Participated on valuation and due diligence team for 4 of Titan’s largest acquisitions contributing to growth of Sector by over 50% in sales as well as broader offering of services• Successfully integrated 6 acquired companies into TRS ,improving overall Return On Sales (ROS) from 7% to over 9% for the Sector
