Technical Instructor and Supply subject matter expert (SME) for the Unmanned Aviation Systems Initiative (UAS-I) Program. I train units on our software and provide over the shoulder support. I teach supply and production modules to ensure leaders have the required knowledge on properly using the system to report on monthly readiness goals. I am a system builder and a help desk support technician. While in the office, I help with software testing and validation. I provide assistance to the developers on Army logistics processes and verify that the regulations and processes are integrated correctly. I provide on site training for Workstation, Logbook, Back Shops, Production, Quality, Supply and Tactical server functionality. I used SQL to work with unit's databases to troubleshoot, upgrade and create scripts to resolve issues. I perform our programs monthly Federal Information Security management Act (FISMA) scans. I use Nessus, Security Content Automation Tool (SCAP) and Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer (MBSA) to perform scans on targeted systems. I create work items for findings and use STIG Viewer, to view Security Technical Implementation Guides, to validate compliance on scans. I also work with Quality Assurance and perform duties as a Moderator for compliance with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) requirements.

As a computer technician, I provide online technical support using splashtop to perform diagnostic checks, system updates and cleanups. I also build custom computers for customers that need a machine for specialized uses like gaming, video editing and servers. During my 15 years of providing pc support I have built a few websites and created sites and custom images from a range of programs like photoshop, flash, dreamweaver, html editor and notepad. I am currently managing a small local area wireless hotspot and provide web hosting from my server.

During my 14 years of service in the supply field, as a 92Y (Supply Specialist), I processed unit and soldier requests for issue and turn-ins of clothing, basic issue and organizational clothing and individual equipment (OCIE) items. I was responsible for the accountability of my unit's weapons and putting in request for repairs. I was also a squad leader with five soldiers and responsible for their training and professional development while completing the mission. Being in the headquarters platoon, I was also tasked to perform training for our unit from a classroom environment to field tactical environment. These classes were groups of 15 - 30 at a time and covered training like first aid, 9-line medevac procedures, small arms repair, weapons malfunction repairs, weapons care and operation, squad tactical movement, squad heavy tactical movement involving vehicles, vehicle rollover procedures, convoy movements, close quarters combat drills, direct and indirect fire procedures.

In 2006, I was deployed for 18 months in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. While I served in Iraq, my job was a 92A (Automated Logistics), in which I worked on Unit Level Logistics System - Ground (ULLS-G) and Standard Army Maintenance System – Enhanced (SAMS-E) systems. During this time, I provided Maintenance Master Data File (MMDF) updates and Army Materiel Status System (AMSS) rollups for the battalion and performed driver and safety training for about 500 service members. I was assigned to the Quick Response Force team (QRF), that responded to escalated security breaches.
