- Responsible for supporting the banks File Transfer and Connect:Direct Estate, identifying issues and providing BAU support.- Supporting and configuring our IBM Sterling Integrator application to allow integration between third parties and external business partners.- Working as part of the project team I’ve worked on our Personal Current Account Switching Project, which I’ve been responsible for installing/building and configuring our Connect:Direct nodes within tight timescales and providing new functionality to the business and have helped to deliver this successfully.- Liaising with various third parties including IBM, to raise problem records with and to help identify issues/improvements.- Support and maintain various other IBM Products including: IBM Sterling Secure Proxy, IBM Sterling Control Center, IBM Sterling Connect:Direct File Agent, IBM Sterling Secure Plus.

- Responsible for supporting the Group's UK distributed Windows Server environment.- Working closely with other Technology staff and 3rd parties collaborating with project teams to ensure that change within this environment is managed and controlled effectively. - Working with and supporting various administration tools including Active Directory, DNS, IPv4, DHCP, IIS.- Carrying out 2nd and 3rd line support for the Windows Server environment.- Responsible for the daily administration and support of Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008. - Working with and supporting virtualization tools including VMWare ESXi & vCenter.

- To aid in running a 24/7 Operations department, monitoring multiple platforms (Unix, Windows, DEC, IBM mainframe & Tandem).- Using my ability to cope with multiple priorities in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
