Analysing and scoping out the requirements to prepare a business case that will enable RBS to implement a technical solution to eliminate fraud from customers opening accounts or using RBS to transfer money by using illegal identity documents. Liaising with technical teams , Security and Risk, Fraud, 3rd party suppliers and business departments to establish requirements and cost justification.
