Description: Lead and grow our nationwide recruitment efforts. Manage large, national and international teams of recruiters in the technical staffing industry. As the National Recruiting Director, my primary focus is enhancing our recruiting capabilities and focusing on creating, executing and managing key strategies centered around service delivery, client support and employee and client retention. In addition I create business plans, establish and manage performance metrics and track results.Responsibilities:* Recruit, hire, train, manage and develop the recruiting team and managers.* Create, monitor, and drive core metrics associated with successful candidate placement.* Develop, facilitate and manage best practices for recruiting and service delivery.* Manage, coach and develop team of 3-4 recruiting managers/leads and their respective recruiting teams; ensure recruiting team’s competencies are continually developed and recruiting targets are achieved.* Working with account management and sales teams to encourage feedback and find solutions to meeting client requirements and objectives.* Oversee recruiting and staffing operations, providing guidance on recruiting issues as they arise.* Develop and drive pipeline strategies.* Provide opportunities for recruiter development within the company.* Partner with sales team and clients to understand business needs and effectively source and deliver qualified resources.* Establish and maintain metrics that measure performance.President's Club award winner - 2012**The Latitude 36 President's Club award acknowledges those that went above and beyond in many ways within their respective role, took initiative, helped develop new mission critical programs, helped define excellence within their position, thought “outside the box”, and ultimately were critical in pushing this company forward.
