Since 2003, Scott has served as the Managing Partner of the San Diego Office of Fitch Even. Scott joined Fitch Even in 1998 as an associate attorney. Scott’s practice focuses on the development, protection and management of various intellectual property rights, including patents, trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights.Scott has extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications.
