Covering the Midwest region, my team at JLL focuses on healthcare real estate. We work with tenants in all Health systems, hospitals, urgent care facilities, and other medical clinics. Our goal is to align a real estate strategy with the facility goals to improve patient care and optimize cost spending. Often the approach will include moving facilities and services closer to patients. My team’s core competency is in brokerage transactions, tenant representation, and lease negotiations. I raised seed capital and founded Rivalfish, Inc. an NCAA rivalry-themed sports and entertainment brand -- leading to company being purchased by National Lampoon.I devised an original humor magazine + creative content platform -- featuring daily sports, music and pop culture. Forged key partnerships to bring product to national retail and college bookstore outlets. I generated 150k unique monthly visitors and international media recognition for daily online humor magazine, The Rival Room.I designed and executed successful public relations and social media campaign -- stimulating over 750k in annual sales via Amazon.com, Kohl’s, Wal-Mart, Dillard’s, and Cracker Barrel without an advertising budget.I was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine as innovative entrepreneur in article titled “Rival Revival.”I ideated, designed, and marketed first rivalry-themed concept to receive trademark-licensing approval from the NCAA.I analyzed customer purchasing behavior and tailored branding and marketing strategy to optimize traction.I was featured in Entrepreneur, PRWEEK, ADWEEK.com, USAToday.com, SportsIllustrated.com, ESPN.com, Yahoo!
