My practice concentrates on middle market debt finance where I advise both lenders and borrowers, as well as other stakeholders involved in finance transactions, including banks, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors and operating companies in a variety of industries. I have assisted various financial institutions in connection with unitranche financings, cash flow loans, asset based loans, acquisition financings, asset sales, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, public finance, restructurings and workout transactions, including debtor-in-possession financings. Additionally, I have experience across a range of industry sectors, including healthcare, energy, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail, and timber.
