About Scott Himes

I am a highly experienced litigator with established expertise in complex commercial and other civil litigation, as well as in government regulatory/enforcement matters and white-collar criminal cases. My practice emphasizes securities, fraud-related, contract and real estate litigation in both federal and state courts. I have 30-plus-years' experience as a law firm partner, first in small "boutique" litigation firm and then, upon our law firm merger, in a large national firm. I joined my present firm in September 2016, which concentrates on commercial litigation and real estate transactions. By doing so, I have “returned to my roots” of litigating in a small firm environment that provides top-quality legal services on a very cost-efficient basis.
