We work with our local, regional and global practices and internal partnership organisations to ensure that we can deliver a bespoke service within our group, whether you’re entering, growing, planning or re-structuring your business in new or existing markets.I have UK-wide responsibility for our Executive Search offerings into the public, not-for profit and international NGO sectors. In Scotland, I also lead all commercial and private sector offerings. I manage campaigns and individual assignments and offer Executives:• Career coaching, with constructive feedback to help manage your career.• An enviable track record, insight and networking opportunities in the Scottish and UK markets, covering the public and private sectors. I offer clients my experience in:• Recruiting leadership to Board Level appointments across a wide range of organisations from SMEs to international organisations in both private and public sectors.• End-to-end recruitment process from advertising and attraction, to identifying recruitment and assessment strategies.• Extensive experience in candidate and market mapping for strategic appointments.
