As Senior Director, Platform & Design at Cority, I have the privilege of overseeing our platform capabilities across the CorityOne ecosystem. As the Head of Experience at TAC, my primary focus is to ensure UX design and interactions across our diverse suite of offerings are of the highest quality. This involves understanding how customers experience our products and creating the best possible digital experience for them. My team drives design patterns and standards, connects with end users through user research and delivers product design across the enterprise.

Responsible for a large engineering & design team developing innovative digital products for the agri-business space. The team's primary focus areas include channel data collection and the tools that facilitate marketing program workflow and rebate management. These tools facilitate these industry leading incentive programs that process of more than $1B in marketing incentives annually.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I was responsible for the development of our UX Design & Front End Dev capabilities. Day-to-day included working with our people and enterprise customers to deliver innovative digital solutions. Focus areas; IT delivery, software design, UX, component systems, digital marketing & attracting and retaining world class talent. Additionally, consulted on creative direction for our corporate brand & product ID. TKXS was a B2B technology and data-driven solutions company, providing data collection, data science, technology and data-enabled marketing and incentive management capabilities to the agriculture, healthcare, construction and industrial supply industries. TKXS’ solutions allow customers to acquire and leverage data, glean market intelligence, operate more effectively and create demand. TKXS was acquired by Telus to form the cornerstone of Telus Agriculture and Consumer Goods.

Responsible for starting up the UX & Design practice, developing a team and expanding capabilities. Also, led corporate brand identity and collaborated on sales promotion. Day-to-day involved consulting engagements with enterprise customers focused on; software design, design systems, digital marketing, enterprise applications and mobile. Technekes, founded in 2000, was a technology-driven B2B marketing company, delivering measurable and profitable growth for agriculture, healthcare, construction, industrial supply and manufacturing companies throughout North America. The company provided marketing services, marketing technology and demand center solutions for B2B clients.

Built this high-growth business with a team of innovative and passionate founders. Responsible for creating and growing the ettain brand, developing our product mix and growing our engineering and design teams to deliver best-in-class digital services. After a successful, high growth start, ettain inc. merged with TechSolutions to form ettain group inc.. Grew the business from less than ten employees to one of the largest IT Staffing and Technology Delivery organizations in the Southeast. Today, ettain group (Now Experis) is one of the largest IT staffing companies in the US (SIA) at #34 of 144 firms with US staffing revenue of more than $100 million.
