Responsible for the overall management and financial operations at the division level within Dell Services Federal Government. Directly responsible for a team of financial & systems analysts as well as annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, financial analysis to support operations in decision making and provide strategic input on financial and operational issues affecting the division.

Directed the strategic financial forecasting and reporting processes for Dell Services Federal Government division. Directly responsible for a team of 2 (Financial Analyst and Systems Analyst) as well as annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, financial analysis and monthly presentations to senior leadership. Project manager for the implementation of the Cognos Enterprise Planner & BI tools which improved our overall processes within Finance.

Responsible for integrating the newly acquired government divisions financials and processes into Perot Systems (now Dell). Created & documented SOX controls within the division and provided numerous reports, reconciliations, reviews, and analysis to corporate and the division's leadership.

Managed a team of 5 financial analysts responsible for reporting, forecasting and analysis of the company's infrastructure teams (ie. HR, Finance, etc.).

Responsibilities included monthly consolidation financial reporting to the CFO, prepared SEC filings including 10-Qs and 10-Ks, and numerous ad-hoc reports/analysis as requested. Worked on the company's IPO filing.

Provided financial support to the Tenet account within the Healthcare division.
