* Reliability Engineering Supervisor: (Dallas, TX). Supervised one engineer and two technicians. Performed FMEAs, accelerated life testing, failure analyses and statistical analyses for blood and urine diagnostic product lines.* Quality Engineer: (Dallas, TX). Supervised technical writing, analyzed quality scorecards, performed DOEs and root cause analyses for blood and urine diagnostic product lines.* Materials Supervisor: (Dallas, TX). Supervised 11 employees. Scheduled and delivered Just-In-Time materials.* Manufacturing Engineer: (Salt Lake City, UT). Designed and implemented $30K of process improvements for clean room manufacturing of fiber optic cardiac catheters.* Package Engineer: (Columbus, OH). Assisted with start up of high speed infant formula filling lines.* Facilities Engineer: (Chicago, IL). Analyzed division’s worldwide production capacity and utilization.

* Production Planner: Coordinated scheduling, procurement and fabrication of $5MM of electronic equipment.* Facilities Engineer: Relocated manufacturing lines resulting in a $69K cost avoidance.* Supervisor: Supervised 21 employees who assembled $1MM of printed circuit boards.* Manufacturing Engineer: Designed facilities and material handling systems for a $100K warehouse expansion.
